Elias Gregg was born at Derby on 17 March 1839. He was recommended for the M.S.M. as Barrack Warden on 16 June 1904, still serving after 22 years 6 months in the line, 15 years 6 months in the Army Service Corps, and 8 years 6 months as Barrack Warden. He had 16 years service abroad and was awarded the L.S. & G.C. medal in 1875. He died at Staines in November 1923. Sold with research.
