Der Fuhrer of the Oberabschnittes Sudwest headed paper with signature SS Brigadefuhrer Kaul with initials copy acknowledgement from Bormann. Reichsarbeitsfuhrer Hierl, Head of the RAD with full signature of Hierl with unsigned acknowledgement from Bormann.
