Provenance: Found near Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk), 2011 (EMC 2012.0026)
In BNJ Coin Register 2013 this coin is described as Huntingdon?, but the final letter of the mint signature is clearly an r and as Wilgrip is not a known moneyer at Huntingdon it seems unlikely that this is a coin of Huntingdon. Wilgrip is a recorded moneyer at Hertford, Leicester, Lincoln, and Stamford. The mint could be Hertford, although hvr is not a recorded mint signature there; other possibilities are Horncastle and Horndon
