Approximately 44 medals, all without clasp, awarded to the River Gunboat H.M.S. Woodcock.
Morice Ford was born in Montrose, Angus, on 30 September 1867, and joined the Royal Navy on 30 September 1885. He was advanced Petty Officer First Class in 1894, and Chief Petty Officer in 1899. He was shore pensioned on 7 August 1910, and subsequently joined the Royal Fleet Reserved. He was recalled for service on 2 August 1914, and finally retired on 11 February 1919.
