An Officer’s Gorget 1802-14 Militia or Volunteer Infantry.
A fine quality example in copper gilt, the central area engraved with the uncrowned Arms of Great Britain 1802-14, the demi-supporters are couchant. Complete with original chamois liner, 86mm x 105mm, a minute crack central to the bottom edge, the gilt with only minute loss, overall good condition £400-£500
