Horace Tysom enlisted on 29 May 1915 and was wounded on 5 October 1916, when he received multiple shell wounds to his right arm and thigh. After a period of further active service he was discharged as a result of wounds on 5 November 1918, aged 26 years, and died the following month on 16 December 1918. Sold with copies of detailed medical history sheets.
