Territory of Western Samoa, Treasury Note, a ‘short snorter’ on a £1, 2 May 1942, serial number 48659, Langstone and McParland signatures, with annotation on face reading ‘British Samoa - Upolu Isle 5-22-43’, and on reverse with three signatures and what appears to be a small poem, tape marks at left an right as is usual with short snorters, overall an original very good to fine and a rare note in any condition
