Maximus (Cæsar 235-238), Denarius, 236-8, bare-headed and draped bust right, maximvs caes germ around, rev. Maximus, in military attire, standing left, holding baton in right hand and transverse spear in left, two standards behind, princ ivventvtis around, 3.42g/6h (RIC 3; RSC 10). Very fine, but weakly struck on the reverse £90-£120
